Hi all

I am gonna buy an old collection from 50s to 60s of German medals.
But i need help to not get busted.
We all have heard of old collection with "100%" original medal who have turned to be fake..

So what a but this one?

Well the man who bought this one died in1960 and i could buy his collection from his son.
So the question is if there was any good copies in the early 50s and 60s?

But you never know 100 % when you buy a "old collection"

Hi Andy,

Imo 100% original Schwerin zincer - it even has the notched "E-boat" top hook.

Hi Andy,
Mike is correct. The Destroyers badge is 100% good. I used to own a zinc Schwerin Destroyers badge myself many years ago. To be honest they are rather rare. Neat piece and nice condition too.
