Here is a "Flotten Kriegs Abzeichen" from Adolf Bock Schwerin. It looks me good : different high of the letters, pin, ... but I'ld like know your opinion about it.

What is the value for this maker considering the default of the painting ?

I will guess the value maybe EUR 250- 300,-
If you want to sell it then maybe you can start with EUR 300,- and lower the price if it does not sell.
