Hi Avrora,
An interesting badge and I am not surprised no-one has offered comments yet - I can not type the design to a known maker at this stage. The obverse pic makes the badge look "glitzy" with some questionable obverse detail - this could only be the pics though. The reverse is quite interesting and looks believable to me. Based on the hardware, I'd guess Otto Schickle or Zimmermann. An unusual badge, and one I'd love to examine in person for a better ideal re authenticity.
