Help w/Unmarked U-boat Badge ID

Hello all,
This is one of a couple of unmarked badges I have, that I am trying to ID the makers of.

Any ideas on who the makers could be, would be a big help.

U-Boat Badge-

I have no idea where to start on this one , as U-Boat badges are not my area at all.

This one has a wire type catch & thats about all I can give you.

Any thoughts.
