MY thoughts exactly Don.Certainly does not look like the reverse set-up found on the MS and S-boat badges.

This badge was discussed a while back and I think it should be discussed much further. In my opinion there are too many differences in badge construction, finish and reverse hardware assemblies when compared to known AS badges.

That is a good question Don. Flak, IAB and PAB all have a ball hinge. Are any badges out there by AS with the HSF above reverse setup? I doubt it and would have to say at this point that it is either a one of a kind never seen before or a fake.

I guess it falls into the catagory of if you like it, go ahead and buy it.
