    I would like some opinions on this u-bootkriegsabz. before it hit´s the e-stand.
    The condition is second to none.

                      You have taught me something today. The silvered catch is really something I haven't noticed before. I must admit, I didn't really start paying close attention to U-boat badges until a few months ago. Are all of the 'Schwerin Berlin 68' marked badges supposed to have this catch?

                        Hi Brian,

                        the answer is no.There are other early examples of maked badges with a round wire catch that is gold in color.I beleive all of the flat wire catches were silver?
