Guys- 1st E-boat opinions- Fake or good?

Hey guys,
This one's for sale. Should I act on it. From what I can see of the front the quality looks nice but are the hinge/catch bad? Is this a known maker for this badge? I'm a dagger guy and this would be my first badge. All opinions welcome!

An ugly fake with the initials of the faker on the reverse.

Total fake. BSW did not make this badge, or any other badge with that maker stamp.
