Opinions needed, U-boat close combat clasp

Hello guys,
I am thinking about listing this item on e-stand and I don't know how to price it since it has some "pin" damage. What do you experts feel would be a fair price range on this item?
Seems like it was a "rip off the tunic" victum since the very tip of the pin is missing and the keeper is bent.

I like the badge, and IMHO the minimal bit of missing pin should not take that much off the price of one in the same overall condition.

Close Combat

I would like to ask a question about this award, what would a close combat
on a submarine be ? would he be on the surface and shooting from the canons?
And would the whole crew of the boat have gotten one?

The badge was awarded to crew who had already been awarded the U-boat Badge, to "recognize continued combat service and valor".

As far as I know, there was not certain criterias to recieve the award, but was based on recommendations of the commander and later approved by Grossadmiral Dönitz!
