They are both original zinc badges, but they are not rare. Quite common to find for sale. But yours are in nice condition and would rate as ~ 7/10 for condition

i agree with Darrel.The U-Boat badge lookes like it might be a Deumer.

Better to take 4 shots of these badges. Each badge should have a very clear straight on image, front and back, not slanted like you have, and fill up to the max file size allowed here.

Try to get the lighting right so that your flash is not distorting what finish might actually be on these badges.

If you have a scanner, use that unless you can use the micro function on a decent camera with a steady base for the shot. On the scanner, at least 600 dpi or better. John

The pictures still are terrible, but they are real, the sub is a Deumer.
