Top White patch is a petty officer clerical nco career patch.
Bottom white patch is Signals.
Top Blue Patch is a Administrative nco career patch
Bottom blue patch is a Divers patch, forget the rank with 3 chevrons..

The cloth patches are very dangerous. They were, in most cases, used after the war in the BM. So you need to do your research to determine if it was wartime or postwar in nature. You just can't go by the fact the cloth patch was used in WWII since it was used after the war also, just like in all other navies. JohnComment
