        Hi Marcus

These badges made of finezinc are generaly accepted as pre 1945 manfacture. A possible Forster & Barth product. Most of the few I have seen including one I own are without the gold finish. Typical of many zinc badges. There are currently two examples of this badge offered by two of the big dealers in Europe. That said, I believe someone has hand painted the one you show. The shade of gold does not look correct. Also the texture of the paint looks a bit thick.

        Hope this is of help.
        Best regards
        Ken

          Marcus,

Here's another one very much like it. I've also heard these attributed to Forster & Barth.

            Yep,

As George and Ken already stated the typical construction of the pin links it to Forster and Barth.
