Dealers pictures

Hi all,
i was looking for a U-boat badge for some time and found one a few day's ago on a German dealer site, the badge looked good on the pictures and had a resonable amount of finish left and had a fair price.

In the discription it said "zinc u-boat badge in good condition no maker mark"

I liked the badge but i found something in his pictures that surprised me, i show you the pictures from the site and perhaps you see the same thing i did and the reson why i bought it.

So here are the pictures from the dealers site and tell me what you think of it, tonight i will show you my pictures of the badge after i had received it.

Yes Wernstein type but the discription said unmarked but if you look more closely to the picture you can see a mm

Good job spotting that. I had the same thing happen to me with an AWS screwback EK1. The seller sent me pics and said it was unmarked. I spotted the AWS symbol soon after because I had been doing my research. I even pointed it out and he still said it wasn't there. He finally saw it. It never affected the price as we already had a deal worked out. You need to know what your lookin for though and what it means.
