Do you have a close up from the catch? Its almost the same as mine that i just posted here..only the needle is different..

Hi Mike Original , possible maker in my opinion Steinhauer and Luck their style of hinge and pin, variation on the catch, had one just like it, but its moved on since then. Cant really make out the eagle but the resembalance in the wings is there. All the best.
