Article on fake KM badges from March 1975

Hello folks,
I posted this before and on another thread, but I thought some of you may find it interesting. I bought this magazine at a grocery store 32 years ago this month (I was just 10 years old). It goes to prove that reproductions even then were not all made out of lead.

This article really sparked my interest in KM badge collecting.

Hi John,
I don't know if he still collects, or is still alive for that matter. I believe I met the author many, many years ago at a Great Western Gun Show (do you remember those events?). A friend of mine at the time said that is the guy who wrote the article for that issue of World War 2 Enthusiast magazine (if you can really call it a magazine). I guess no one can argue with the fact it wasn't worth the going price of $1.

As I said before, it was that exact article that sparked my interest in KM badges and 32 years later I am still after them. That is one reason why I keep that magazine around, it is a bit of my childhood.

I am glad you folks have enjoyed looking at it.
