GWL Confused!!!!!

I have a GWL U-boat badge but am confused as to the attributed manufacturer, I have found references for several options as follows:

Gordon Williamson Site - Gebrüder Wegerhoff, Lüdenscheid
Wehrmacht Assoc Reference - Gottlieb & Wagner, Idar Oberstein
Others - Gottlieb & Wagner, Lüdenscheid

Can anyone help a confused chap to find the definative answer
