    It looks like a Foerster & Barth type pin set up. I would give it a cautious but I hope someone with more knowledge will come along and give their opinion.

      Clearer pictures would help but i would say Foerster & Barth also.I,ve seen that distinct style of rivet on other F & B badges.Weitze has one for sale on his site and Thomas Huss on his.
