U-Boat Badge.

Hi,

I did an other thread about this badge, just to discover that I had a photo of two different badges, so I emailed the dealer for an other picture. Here they are. Is £95 a good price to pay for this Zincer? Sorry for all the questions, Kriegmarine stuff is new to me, and I've always wanted a U-Boat badge.

Hi Phil,

Just looked at your new pics and now the dealer got it wright.

Altough I think its an original badge it's in a realy worn down condition. The price I think is reflecting that condition and so you could consider it a good deal.

However based upon my own experience I practicly always regreted buying a worn down badge because of it's cheap price.

So my advice would be to pass on this one and look for a badge in better condition. It will probably cost you a bit more but in the long run you'll have a U-boat badge that you feel good about for years to come.

I think I will pass on this badge then, you're right I should wait for a better piece to come along. I think I'm just in a rush to get a U-Boat badge.
