Recently came across this minesweepers badge l/53 marked.
Looks good to me but as always would appreciate any info
regarding authenticity.

Hi Mac going off those pics I would say nice original, lovely condition too . Cant really make out the mm though. Soval had various reverse set up and too my knowledge this was one of the zinc accepted ones. Very nice. All the best

The minesweeper badges by this maker have a "funny" look, but they are okay..and your example is in really nice shape

Can you post side shots of the hinge for me please. Most L/53's that I have seen (not too many) all had a block hinge apart from one I have with a similar hinge to yours. But I think mine has been replaced.
