    Kriegsabzeichen fuer Hilfskreuzer with doc.

Please your thoughts on this one, if one opinion is possible with this small pic.
    I like it personally.

I think you will need better pics to get an opinion on the badge.

FAke doc, in my opinion. Lots of these lately, all with dark black ink, crummy signature that goes from lower left to upper right. Somebody is making a ton of these, in everything from EKs to Kreta cufftitles, to this.

      My advice, avoid.

I'd agree: Fake. It is dated 25 Aug 41, so it is probably supposed to be ORION. The signature is not even close to Weyher's. Never seen a doc with this type of print formating either.

I know a document like this awarded for Blokadebrecherabz in Tokyo on 19th of May 1943 to KKIng Bloomfield

3 things strike me about the doc at first glance. The sig, it's freshness. the unreadable stamp and the type of font used on the typing.

Whoever's done this has used an 'orion' doc (like that pictured on page 75 of Formans book on docs, vol2) as a starting point. Same date, location etc.

                John -
Your doc is decidedly different - and better - than the one posted above in the thread.
