U-boat Kc Recipients...

Not sure if anyone knew this, but out of 7318 KC's awarded only 144 were awarded to the U-boat service ??? Only 144,,, quite a staggering statistic concidering how many U-boat service men there were,,,(yes over 3/4 of them perished, but still, only 144 KC'S... here is a link I stumbled accross doing some research on a few "MO KAPITAN'S",,,LOL,, U-boat commanders,,, that lists the 144 that earned(not necessarily) received the KC....

I hope this is some good information for some... there is quite some information on this site other than the above.
