I read in other forum about a product that was made for antic conservation: Renaissance Wax (Ren Wax). According to the information it can be used in any kind of surface. Could you tell me if you know about it? Have you used it on your badges? Can it be used on KM badges?

This product is used for antiques and old coins, like roman, for instance. It is a high quality microcrystaline wax. Should be OK for badges and probably a necessity for those who display their badges in those nasty foam filled cased. Personal opinion - you can do no harm with this product. This type of wax is routinely used by professional conservators.
