    Costal Artillery Zn Sherwin Vaulted

Hi Your opinions please I have never seen one vaulted like this one. I looks like it was hand vaulted, metal is not soft can't bend by hand. Your comments appreciated
    thanks

        Hello Rick,
I like it! Could you show a straight on picture of the entire reverse?
        Best regards! Tom

              Hello Rick,
I like it! Nice bubbling and peeling of the finish on the reverse. The vaulting is quite unusual for a zinc badge like this.
              Best regards! Tom

                  Hi,

I can only agree, a genuine Schwerin zincer.

Imo the vaulting has been done "by hand" as these were produced flat. They've achieved an amazingly high degree of vault without busting off the hinge or catch!

                  Regards
                  Mike

Evaluate the item, not the story and not the seller's reputation!

If you PM/contact me without the courtesy of using your first name, please don't be offended if I politely ignore you!
