No problem with this badge. I recommend examination of the catch a bit, compare it to the ones in Mike's excellent paper on this badge in the Association Area for more insight into where it fit on the timeline.

Any problems finding it, just PM me, but start below at the Wehrmact-Awards tab and go from there.

Do not worry about the reverse, probably been this way for a very long time and is not a big deal. Might have been done by the sailor in fact, and it is good some of the gold spill is there on the reverse.

No doubt a worn badge.
