Although the pin on the Destroyer does look a tad strange. CAn you do a side on of the hinge?

I like the CA, and although I am not 100% the destroyer looks ok as well.

Skip, I think I see what you are saying about the pin. The pin on Erich's Destroyer has a (ever-so-slightly) bulge to the middle of the pin. But the pin has the proper wear, and shape, and 'fits' the badge. It looks like it belongs. Here is my example, for comparison of the pin.
