Because the pictures are not sharp (I can't see some of the detail of the badge, such as the eagle's head, the anchor, etc..) it's hard to make a call on this one.

As it stands, I am not comfortable with this badge.

But hopefully someone more experienced then I will chime in and give their thoughts.

EDIT: Just saw the last pictures... must have been writing while it was posting!

The front looks better. The clasp still leaves me a little cold. As mentioned, hopefully someone else will jump in here shortly and give their opinion (because you dont want to take my word for it!).

I bought what I believe is the same badge on the eStand from Craig Gottlieb about a month ago, so I hope it's good.

When I have some sunlight tomorrow I'll post photos for comparison.

Frank, do you have a maker in mind for this badge? One of the things that was making me nervous about it was that I felt it had the signs of a couple of different makers.

Ok, here are the photos. I'm still wrestling with my camera to get it to take good pictures, so they aren't perfect. I have two shots of the front, because there was one shot that was good but dark around the eagle, and another that showed the eagle better, but was a bit blurry.
