I have been looking for an L/18 U-boat badge, as well as the other LDO marked types. I found this badge but the hardware setup is completely different from any other L/18 I have seen.

Badge is zinc, with cutout swastika. Could this be an earlier zinc transition from the tombak version?

What appears green is just the gray zinc showing through the finish. Just a camera issue.
