Help with E-boot badge

Hi,
I have this badge in my collection for some time and I had some doubts about it. I finnaly managed to take some pics of it and so here it is the E-boot badge second version. But is it: a) genuine? or b) fake?

That is a fake. If you do a search on the 2nd pattern e-boat you will see what an original Schwerin looks like. best wishes,

This type has tricked me as well. the way you can tell that this is fake is by looking at the wing span of the eagle. they are to big. also, the needle on the back has not the same colour or tarnish as the badge itself (this does not always count, but very often it does).
