    Auxillery Cruiser Badge

If anyone here has pictures of Auxiller Cruiser badges they know are genuine i'd be interested to see them.

I have been looking at some for same at weitze but not too sure what to make of them, esp the ones that are french made: the eagle is quite different.

    thanks

    Hi Dave:

Try a search on the forum using those words...there are plenty of real ones on the forum...and the French ones are okay too, they are of course differently made than the German ones and utilize a certain type pin and hinge assembly, John

yes i have had a look at some of the pics on here but i havent been able to locate any pics of good french AC badges.

The french AC ones I have seen for sale have quite different eagle designs and a few other things as well as of course the pin etc when compared to known German ones.

Are these differences to be expected from french AC badges?

Have a look at them on www.weitze.net and let me know what you think?

      cheers

      Dave

There is no one who knows for sure if the French badges are wartime or not.
At least not here at WA.
