You really need to have better, meaning clearer, images of this badge for a conclusive answer since so many of these badges were unmarked.

But, based on what you have provided, do not buy this one. It just does not have the quality you would expect, the catch seems unusual, and it looks like this one was a poorly made cast.

Just my opinion.
