Welcome to the forum.

Adding a picture is very easy. When you are writing a new thread or reply look down to the box that says "Attach file". Click the browse button. This allows you to go and find a picture on your local drive to upload to the forum server.

No, sorry but you have to be an Association Member to do that. If you are not an Association Member, you need to have an imaging hosting site of your own to make the link.
