    In my opinion, definitely, yes.
    I think Ludwig specializes in the cloth badges of these, he will surely know more about the smooth fin clasps, but this one, with the Osang mark does not stand a chance. I recently saw one with an Assmann mark on a known fake peddler's site.

      This is a 1957 version of the small battle units badge , with the ribbing on the fins as opposed to the smooth fins of the WW2 version .

      Someone has tried to pass it off as a WW2 version by giving it a fake stamp i have seen these with Junker stamps .
