Well, textbook fake unfortunately. There are many variations of these fakes based on the Deumer design, some with cutout swastikas, some solid, some unmarked and some marked Schwerin or GWL, some with vertical setups and some with horizontal setups. One of the most mass-produced fakes out there, along with the fake f.o. badges and the “Cave Creek Specials”. Big business for decades.
