Didn't Friedrich Orth sub. badges have horizontal pins?

FO made badges with both types of pin, horizontal and vertical, but my opinion is that this is one of the new repros that are flooding the market at the moment, especially the very shiny gold plating does´nt look original and the details are not as sharp as on originals.

Here is another of these badges. I am very sceptical to them and would like to know for sure if they are good or bad.

Rather strange. The die characteristics look right although the finish is a bit garish. It does look on Peter's example that there is bubbling around the hinge which is what you'd expect on an original zinker as the finish begins to deteriorate.
However the maker logo is a bit strange. There seems to be a horizontal projection at the top of the letter "o" I haven't seen on any examples before and the crossbar on the letter "f" is set lower down than normal. It may be OK but given how widely copied the fo badge is, I'm always wary of those which don't match known examples

Mine is definatly not made of Zink, it is some sort of Kriegs metal!
