Hi Blitz, sorry, I waited for the download, (56K Modem) and all I got was a black rectangle with about 10mm of the bottom of the badge showing!
Try and open the pic on your PC and convert it to JPEG, then repost it for us here.

Looks ok for a SHuCo. But you should get one in better condition. For that one, I would pay not more than 80 USD.
