HJ leaders arm band and a Ubungsleiter arm band

Hello, I have 2 armbands, both are Vet bring back.. one is a Hitler youth leaders armband with the RZM tag still attached, it also was typed on(see the pics) and the second is a Ubungsleiter arm band, yellow in color, also typed on. Thanks for any help.

Neat souvenirs. The typing is part of the history of the items and adds some background to these otherwise anonymous items. These armbands are very scarce. I believe the first armband is for NPEA or some similar youth organitation and the second is from the Reichsluftschutzbund. I do not believe the youth armband is for a HJ leader.

I may be wrong but werent these give to students more on a college leval. Or age maybe .

Wow,, now my curiotisy is peaked, I guess I am going to have to do some research on arm bands to find out what the red with 2 white stripes arm band is..
any more help would be very much appreciated, this is way out of my league as I really do collect medals and such.. Is there a book out that covers arm bands.. I know that there is but if this is a scarce arm band, would it be covered in a general "arm band book" .. lol..... Yep, Im a noob when it comes to these type items, like a lot of veteran collectors say, when you have a chance to handle items, it has a tendency to "feel" right.. the medals from this collection I was pretty comfortable with, but the cloth items are a bit different for me BUT.. I just had a feeling while holding them, and then I discovered the RZM tag when I got home and kinda got dizzy...lol.. Yes I know, there are repro rzm tags, but this in hand just said "Hey.. Im real...." it is wierd how things in hand tell a lot about an item.. Thanks again,,

Hello Van, Book Badges and Insignia of the Third Reich 1933-1945 Brian L Davis. Red band with white stripes. plate 32 number 12. Arm band for members of the NS-Studentenbund. { National Saocialist Students League} The yellow one is a puzzle to me. I have never seen it in Yellow. Just in Dark and light blue. The same book shows dark blue 1 with leaders stripes and says.First pattern Reichsluftschutzbund. {National Air Defence League} I have seen the Studen bund and both light and dark blue, Luftschutz for sale, and I have 1, But I have never seen it in Yellow. Does anyone else have a Yellow one? PS addition, I have never seen a armband for RLB with Ubungsleiter written on it either. Has anyone else. The blue leader bands have a stripe top and bottom.

The first AB is from the NS Studentenbund. This is not connected to the NPEA, but rather college or university student's organization (older than NPEA students who graduated at 18)
The second AB is from the RLB and there are MANY different colored ABs from this organization with different letters, mainly for use in factories and workplaces.
