HJ Uniform Question

I was paging through Angolia's "HJ" (I believe volume #2) last night and came across a couple photos that raised some questions w/me. I believe the photos were in the "awards" section near the proficiency badges/golden HJ leader badges. There were two Knight's Cross winners photos, with one being an Oak Leaves winner, both had chests full of Heer awards such as wound badges, IAB's or PAB's, EK1's and the the like (as well as HJ badges of one sort or another) but both were wearing HJ Uniforms and HJ armbands for the photos, not Heer Uniforms.

Why is that and why were they not wearing Heer uniforms?

Because they were in their Hitler Youth leader uniforms probably teaching military tactics studies to their adoring students...IMHO..Billbert
Maybe this was when 1943 they were raising the HJ SS division??
