HJ buckles OK or not?

Gents, I found these buckles in the estate of a late friend who normally only collected modern day US militaria. I would like to hear the opinions of the specialists out there whether these are good or not since I really don´t have a clue. So here is the first one.

Good.. the first is a RZM 50 for Sieper (hard mark to find}

the other is RZM m4/28 for Paulmann & Crone
