I don't know if the badge is good, but I am pretty sure that box is not for that badge. From what I have read the Gausieger badges came in a blue cardboard box.

I have looked at the badge a little closer and IMHO it is a reproduction, kinda looks like an angry eagle fake. If you compare the picture I posted of a good one you can see the difference of head & berries on a good badge & the one you posted also you can see the cream field has been repainted and kind of sloppily. ( JMHO ).

Hi,

the badge is a copy and the case is a fantasy product. There were only blue cardboard boxes for Gausieger badges.
