        Looks pretty close to me even if the photo are of a Jungvolk instead of an HJ boy .

        Please remember Mr Saris , these were boys that did not always conform to regulations 100% . ( They did the best they could ) .
        If an insignia was close to the area where it was supposed to be affixed then I`m sure it was okay . I have even seen photos of members of the wehrmacht place insignia such as signal blitzes , chevrons , cufftitles , edelweiss patches etc. too high or too low on the sleeves when regulation state they should be placed at a certain length .

          It has nothing to do conform regulations. The boy you show could not do otherwise,
          due to the rank-patch worn, but normally the flag bearer's patch is in another position
          and this is proven with various photos in my book about gorgets.
