A joint HJ, "Hitler Jugend" (Hitler Youth), and NSKK, "National Sozialistisches Kraftfahr Korps" (National Socialist Motor Corps), "Reichsmotorschule" (National-motor-school) was established in 1936. All boys old enough to obtain their motorcycle licenses could join the "Motor-HJ," and, while undergoing training with the NSKK, wore their HJ uniforms with a "Kraftfahrraute" (Driver’s-diamond) on their lower left sleeve.
