HJ cutlery?

I happened across this supposed HJ cake knife today and found it interesting. has anyone seen anything like it? im curious about its origins.

Nor have I, hopefully someone can shed some light on it. Im interested to learn its history, or whether or not it’s even legit. Do you think I would be better off posting this in a different area of the forum?

As stated, I have never seen anything like this. I have been at this a long time and been to many shows.
