Yep, a Reichssieger badge but for HJ collectors the only Reichssieger badges worth having are the 1936, 37 and 44 versions because they are the only ones awarded in a Hitler Youth-only competition. Were you aware of that? A 1938/39 badge could have been won by almost anyone.

My Latest HJ Item

A good looking award. I went to the Archives of eMedals and they have sold thirty seven of the 38 and 39 awards and a few 44 but not a single 36 or 37. Unscientific cracked may be right.
