It appears to be a good unmarked RK to me.

          Hi Brrian

......I agree with Ralph. Good GAB attributed to RK. Some will contend that RK is Rudolf Karneth, but do so minus any proof other than vague speculation. You can decide for yourself I suppose.

However, i will also say that you have in your possession a excellent example of the GAB.

          Happy collecting.

I will disagree with my colleagues, this one is a well made Staegemeir fake unfortunately.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

              I agree with Tom.
A well made reproduction but it has serious quality issues.
Look at how crude the edges are, many imperfections all over.
The obverse detail is also weak… indicates a cast reproduction.
A good advice i can give is to study following site and keep up to date with
              Staegemeir reproductions:

Funny he also has a copy section

Another clue is that the material is incorrect; not sure what it is, but it's not zinc.

This just shows why good, clear, photos are best for identification.

                    Hi guys

......Good eye Tom. I had a fleeting thought of hesitation when I glimpsed the strange coloring on the reverse side image, but it now is evident that by passing it off to myself as a quirk of photography I made a error. Thanks for clearing it up.

                    Sorry for the mistake Brian.
