I have a chance to trade this badges with my friend, seems to be good ones as I hope and I wonder what should be the fair price for them in condition like this ? Im not a badge collector. Thanks all for help

I think both are OK, just not the best condition.

I think it's just the angle of the photo that makes the head of the eagle on the Wurster look a bit funky. Both examples look good to me as well.
