Better pics are indeed needed, but I am pretty certain this one is a fake. Soft details and odd looking hardware are the red flags here.

No need to post better pictures, if you have to buy it, stay away. Save your money and your time.
It is a fake, visible also in the fake chapter of the APB book.
You can find this type of fake with needle or banjo style pin.

The easiest way to recognize it is look at the cut outs, the skull and the hardware.
