Heer Shooting Lanyard

I bought this shooting lanyard 6-7 years ago at the MAX and have displayed it on a Waffenrock since. I think it is somewhere around a 8-9 level award but can't confirm it. I would appreciate some expertise from you guys.

Yep its level 9. Then with one each additional acorn up to level 12.
