2 Panzer Badges - 1 Unusual

I’ve been offered these badges today. I can’t make out the Condor Legion esque one and can’t find it.

What’s your opinions on them? I don’t like them personally...

There is nothing wrong with the PAB. It is a late war example by S&L. The other as already noted is a fantasy piece.

The panzer badge looks like it is cast to me !

......I have to agree with Chet. The badge with the skull n bones is merely a novelty. The other normal looking PAB looks to be a good S&L.
