IAB four rivets

Just added this IAB to the collection.

But I have a query about the catch. Everything else looks 100% but the catch is different to the round catch I see in Weber's book and online.

I tried my best to get the camera to focus on the catch but this is the best it would do. But I think it is enough.

Is this a repair or a variant?

Looks like a good 4 rivet IAB with a replaced catch.

Thanks for the comments and confirming what I was suspecting.

I guess with the rarity of these this is a keeper anyways.

Yeah me too. Unfortunate about the replacement but the rest of the badge is in great condition. Makes one wonder what happened that it needed replacement.
