TDB in Gold for review

Hi all.

May I please have your opinions on the following TDB in Gold.

It certainly looks like a genuine Gold TDB but my query relates to the backing.

It seems quiet thick. slightly ill fitting and a colour I have not seen before on other similar badges.

Your thoughts are always welcome.

Looks like army backing. I can’t speak for the thickness of it, ive never looked for that on a tank strip. I like the gold and black weave. The tank looks correct too. I like it. Except for the backing it looks like the one in Tom b. Book.

IMO a very nice badge except for the backing which looks to have been added. Tom B.

I agree with the others...backing is not typical for this type of badge.
