Opinions on PAB please

Hello, I am helping a friend sell his collection. We have no background info on the pieces as they all came from different places over the years. I thank you in advance for any and all opinions regarding this badge. I'll be posting a couple other pieces. I understand that it is against normal protocol to ask for value of items, but as I am helping another fella sell I would be very appreciative for any info regarding value as well should they prove authentic. I want to get him the best price while also being fair to other collectors. I collect political badges so these aren't in my wheelhouse. Thanks for looking.
